Kettlebell Info
Kettlebells are for every body! We are beginner friendly here (and just friendly in general!). In our kettlebell classes are a good introduction to weight training. You’ll learn to move with good form and get a good workout in a fun and supportive environment. We do a variety of kettlebell and bodyweight movements to keep you fit in body and mind. Push, pull, hinge, squat, and carry your way to feeling and looking great. Come get your workouts done with some new friends!

Rowing Info
Rowing is a full-body exercise that’s easy on the joints while delivering an excellent workout! Whether you go short and fast or long and slow(er), there’s a training mode for everyone. Rowing is also a perfect conditioning tool for weight lifters as it is a very similar movement to a power clean or dead lift. If you’ve never rowed with an experienced rower, you’re probably leaving power and efficiency in the water (not to mention increasing risk of injury)! Learn to row well and row strong with us at Atlanta Barbell.
