Registration options include single class, 3-class gift certificate for new participants, and a 10-class Package (good for 1-year from purchase). Atlanta Barbell gym membership is not required to attend rowing or kettlebell classes with Jenn.

Kettlebells are for every body! We are beginner friendly here (and just friendly in general!). In our kettlebell classes are a good introduction to weight training. You’ll learn to move with good form and get a good workout in a fun and supportive environment. We do a variety of kettlebell and bodyweight movements to keep you fit in body and mind. Push, pull, hinge, squat, and carry your way to feeling and looking great. Come get your workouts done with some new friends!
