Registration options include single class, 3-class gift certificate for new participants, and a 10-class Package (good for 1-year from purchase). Atlanta Barbell gym membership is not required to attend rowing or kettlebell classes with Jenn.

Kettlebell Info
Kettlebells are for every body! We are beginner friendly here (and just friendly in general!). In our kettlebell classes are a good introduction to weight training. You’ll learn to move with good form and get a good workout in a fun and supportive environment. We do a variety of kettlebell and bodyweight movements to keep you fit in body and mind. Push, pull, hinge, squat, and carry your way to feeling and looking great. Come get your workouts done with some new friends!

Rowing

SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS
8:30-9:15am – SAT

2:00pm – 1st & 3rd Sundays (sometimes at 1:00)

Indoor Rowing Info
Rowing is a full-body exercise that’s easy on the joints while delivering an excellent workout! Whether you go for short and fast intervals or longer distances, rowing training can suit any program needs. Rowing is an ideal conditioning tool for weight lifters as it is a very similar movement to a power clean or dead lift. If you’re new to rowing, schedule a How-To-Row session with Jenn. You’ll learn how to read the monitor and program your own training, as well as elements of an efficient, powerful stroke.
