Single Class: $20 ($15 for AB members) OR 10-Class Card: $170 ($120 for AB members)
Class fees are paid directly to coach Jenn Purdy at class (cash, Paypal or Venmo). Class Cards are non-refundable and expire after 12 months.
Rowing is a full-body exercise that’s easy on the joints while delivering an excellent workout! Whether you go short and fast or long and slow(er), there’s a training mode for everyone. Rowing is also a perfect conditioning tool for weight lifters as it is a very similar movement to a power clean or dead lift. If you’ve never rowed with an experienced rower, you’re probably leaving power and efficiency in the water (not to mention increasing risk of injury)!
