A law protecting small businesses against unfair contract terms contained in model contracts applies to contracts concluded or renewed on or after 12 November 2016, with business law generally referring to the rules governing business relations between persons or other certified bodies. These rules may come from statutes, common law decisions, or agreements entered into by international conventions or treaties. Most business laws govern either the behaviour of companies (e.g. bankruptcy and taxation.B) or rules governing transactions between different companies. It is possible to include in your Terms and Conditions certain conditions that are not binding on your users. Certain conditions are not applied by the courts in some legal systems. This varies greatly from place to place and so it`s important to know how contract law works in the countries where your company operates. If you choose to pay your insurance premium through a financial service provider, your data will be transmitted to that provider. We provide you with a breakdown of the costs of your monthly payments, and then a document indicating the main features of your credit agreement with you, including the fees they charge and the cost of the cancellation fees. It is important to take the time to read this document and contact us if you do not get it. If you have any questions or questions, either about the service provided by the financial service provider or about its terms and conditions, you should first contact them. If your policy is paid through the financial service provider and you decide to renew your coverage, we will continue to pass on your data to them. If a direct debit or other payment due in respect of a credit agreement that you enter into for the payment of insurance premiums is not executed when it is subject to payment or if you terminate the credit agreement, we are informed of these events by the financial service provider.
In certain circumstances, we may be contractually required by the financial service provider to notify your insurer to terminate the policy. If the financial service provider does not contractually oblige us to do so, if you do not enter into other agreements with us to pay the insurance premiums, acknowledge and agree that we may, at any time, order the relevant insurer to terminate the insurance, withdraw and use any refund of the premiums paid by the insurer.
