“If the government fails to implement significant changes, we will explore all avenues, including future rounds of negotiations, to ensure that students` needs are met.” The Education Act 1995 prohibits the negotiation of the following, both at the provincial and local levels: the Education Act 1995 allows additional issues to be addressed at the provincial and local levels if both parties agree. Each party has the right to refuse to negotiate an additional case.
