I highly recommend Niki’s coaching for anyone who wants to get stronger
I’d been lifting semi-seriously for a couple years when I decided to get coaching to make sure I was doing it right. From the very first squat rep I did in my sessions with Niki, she had great and useful advice that has helped me start making good progress again after a long plateau. Niki knows her stuff and knows how to explain it. She’s also a cool and friendly person which makes the rest time between squats enjoyable too. She’s been happy to answer my questions via email and even give me some pointers when I’m in the gym outside of our scheduled sessions, which shows her dedication to helping her athletes. I highly recommend Niki’s coaching for anyone who wants to get stronger.
